Can I buy a copy for all three of the supported operating systems?
Of course! We charge an additional small fee for the second plaform, and an even smaller fee for the third. Note that at this special pricing, all copies will be registered to one customer only and all copies will run under the same serial number. See our pricing page for details.

May I return the software program? What does the license agreement look like?
You may return the software within 30 days for an unconditional complete refund. The full end-user license agreement (EULA) can be read here.

Can I purchase a group license because there are more than one therapists/interns in our practice?
In case you run a cooperative practice (i.e. all therapists call access all patients/notes) this won't be necessary, as you can create as many therapists as you like, each with his/her own username and password. If you are a group of independent therapists sharing a practice, then each would have to purchase their own license.
