Pricing

Single license for one OS platform (either Windows, macOS or Linux): $199.--

Second license for different OS platform (but the same practice and location): $49.--

Third license for the remaining OS platform (but the same practice and location): $29.--

All licenses are issued for one practice in one location. At that location the software may be installed on any number of PCs. If you run a cooperative practice (i.e., multiple therapists share patients/clients and notes), a single license may be shared among all cooperating therapists in that practice and location.

Licenses are tied to the practice/practioner name and city. If you move your practice to another city, please email us for a license renewal. (First license renewal free, thereafter subject to service fee of $15.--). Support is by email only with 3 free support incidents per customer; thereafter we charge $15.-- per incident. Bug reports are always free.

Note: All prices are in US dollars (USD), except for Canadian customers (CAD + applicable taxes).
